YOUR ADS

When you advertise you need to provide as much information about your item as you can. Please be honest about the condition of your item. Do not offload items that would be better recycled at a recycling yard.

NO ANIMALS OR PETS

We are not a pet classified site and members have given us notice that they are not happy to see animals put onto a recycling site. If you have an animal that you wish to find a good home for try Pets 4 Sale Free Pet Classifieds. You will find more interest in animals on that site. If you do post an ad for an animal it will be removed without notice.

YOUR DETAILS

Your full details are not shown in the classifieds. Only general information such as postcode, telephone number and city/suburb are shown. You real name is not shown, only your user-name. Please remember that this site is open to all ages. If we receive complaints about a member's user-name we will contact the member and ask them to change the username. In the event that the user does not change their username or refuses to do so as requested we will disable that member's account without notification.

OUR PART

We do not take responsibility for items offered on this site. Transactions are between the party offering the item and the receiving party. The owners of this site and associated members will not be held responsible for loss, misrepresentation or personal injury in any form.

COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint about an item you have attained from a member please try to negotiate with the member. If you see something listed in the classifieds that you find offensive please contact the administrator.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to appeal to the owners of this site if your classified ad is removed, if you are banned from the site. We will review the situation and take what we feel is the appropriate action. This does not mean that your classified ad or your membership will be reinstated. Our decision is final upon review.

OUR RIGHTS

The owners of this site reserve the right to remove or edit any classified ad or ban any member who creates a nuisance of themselves or uses this site for inappropriate purposes. We reserve the right to do this with no correspondence being entered into. This is a community site and we would like to think that members can act with a community spirit.
